MUMBAI: Two persons were injured after a power inverter exploded at a shop in Satara district of Maharashtra, police said on Friday.
According to the police, the blast took place in the electronic device installed in the shop around 10.30pm on Thursday night.
The shop is located in the Powainaka area of Satara city, around 300km from here in western Maharashtra, they said.
The injured were admitted to a hospital for treatment, the police said, adding the cause of the blast was not known yet.
